What rules or expectations do participants need to follow?

At Gibson Way, we maintain a peaceful, respectful, and drug-free environment where all participants can feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. To protect this space, residents are expected to follow a set of community standards and program expectations, including:

  • No drugs, alcohol, or weapons allowed on the property
  • Respect for quiet hours and shared living spaces
  • No overnight guests without prior written approval
  • Timely payment of the monthly program fee
  • Cleanliness and care of both personal and common areas
  • Participation in any required community check-ins or meetings
  • Respect for staff, fellow residents, and program policies

Violations of these rules may result in warnings, behavior agreements, or in some cases, removal from the program. These expectations are in place to help every resident succeed in a stable, supportive environment—the Gibson Way.
